Once the product is picked up from your end, we will promptly process the exchange and arrange for reshipment of the product to your specified address. Exchanges are limited to one per order, and multiple exchanges cannot be accommodated.Please note that products purchased during sale are not eligible for exchange or return. However, if you still wish to exchange the product, sale discounts will not be applicable. In the event that you encounter a manufacturing defect or you have received a wrong product, you must ensure that you reach out to us at teamgymbrothers@gmail.com within 72 hours of receiving your order and we will exchange it for you. After this period lapse, we will not be able to entertain any claims and/or requests.
Shipping Policy: At GYMBROTHERS, we strive to provide a seamless experience, no matter where you live. All orders would be processed within 2 - 3 working days. Please note that orders are not shipped on weekends and holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days . Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. The maximum delivery time for an order is one month, if a order is not delivered within one month , please consider it cancelled, for prepaid orders you will get the refund back. You can place an another order or contact our team.
Order and Delivery: After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email from us. To ensure successful delivery, please provide a complete and accurate address. We cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered shipments due to incorrect/ incomplete address or phone number. We are not responsible for any delays or extended delivery times caused by the courier company. We will always attempt to fast track the delivery in case of delays, however, we cannot be held liable for delays once the order has been dispatched from our facility.
